Cabinets and wardrobes are composed of cabinets, door panels, countertops, electrical appliances, functional accessories, etc. They need to be installed and debugged on site before they are finished products. The installation staff of Vicrona Orangeson will have a high sense of responsibility and skilled technology. And install the product according to the specifications.

1. Unpacking and inspection

A. The outer packaging box is complete and the number of boxes is correct;

B. There are no scratches or obvious deformation on the surface of the door panel, no degumming of the edge banding strips, and no obvious color difference in the overall color of the door panel; there are no scratches or deformation on the surface of the cabinet body panel, and there is no degumming of the edge banding strips;

C. The countertop is not broken, the whole is flat and has no deformation, the surface is not scratched, there is no obvious color difference, the overall gloss is consistent, the backing plate is flat and not uneven, the connection is straight, the stove and basin are accurately positioned, and the edge of the stove/basin mouth is smooth Slippery and shiny;

D. There are no quality defects on the surface of hardware accessories, and the performance is verified during installation and debugging;

2. Installation and debugging of base cabinets: After installation, the base cabinets must be measured with a level to ensure that the overall height of the base cabinets is consistent;

3. Installation and debugging of wall cabinets: Ensure that the installation height of wall cabinets is consistent. If there is a top line, ensure that the gap between the top line and the door panel of the wall cabinet is uniform;

4. Installation and adjustment of door panels: The installation standard of door panels is that the left and right gaps between adjacent door panels are 2mm, and the upper and lower gaps are 2mm; by adjusting the door hinges, the door panels can open and close smoothly, the door hinges have no abnormal noise, no jamming, and the door panels are horizontal and vertical. ; The handle should be installed firmly and straight.

5. Installation and adjustment of drawers: The drawer rails are installed firmly with no obvious shaking, smooth pulling, no abnormal noise, and no jamming. The drawer panel is adjusted like the door panel to ensure that the gaps are even and horizontal and vertical.

6. Installation and debugging of hardware accessories (including upper and lower flip door stays, sliding door accessories, folding door accessories, etc.): Strictly assemble according to the requirements of the installation drawings of the accessories. After installation, check the quality of the accessories, opening, closing and pulling out. Pulls smoothly, no jamming. 7. Installation and debugging of the countertop: The overall countertop should be flat with no obvious deformation, no scratches on the surface, the backing plate should be flat with no unevenness, the joints must be connected in accordance with the specifications, and there should be no obvious gaps at the joints; the countertop must be used after it is installed. Level measurement, inspection

7. Check whether the countertop is flat, and check whether the countertop and the cabinet are close together. If there is a gap in the middle, the height of the corresponding base cabinet must be adjusted so that the side panels of the base cabinet bear against the bottom of the countertop.

8. Installation of decorative components (including baseboards, top lines, top sealing plates, light lines and skirts): When installing top lines, it must be ensured that the front edge extends out of the cabinet at a consistent distance.

9. Other points that need attention: All corners and openings in the cabinet must be straightened with a small gong machine. Those that can be edge-sealed must be sealed with edge-banding strips. Those that cannot be edge-sealed must be sealed with glass glue. Some standard holes must be covered with rubber sleeves.  10. Cleaning of cabinets: After installation and debugging, the dust and impurities generated by the dust in each component during the installation and debugging process must be cleaned, otherwise it will seriously affect the appearance of the product and damage the performance of some hardware accessories;

11. Quality acceptance standards for cabinet installation

11.1 Technical requirements:

Base cabinet (vertical cabinet) installation

11.1.1. The installation height of the base cabinet (vertical cabinet) shall comply with the drawing requirements. The bottom of the cabinet body shall be flush and on the same horizontal line. The horizontal step shall be ≤0.5mm. The sides of the cabinet shall be perpendicular to the horizontal and the vertical step shall be ≤0.5mm.

11.1.2. The base cabinets (vertical cabinets) should be placed stably, with balanced forces. The cabinets should be assembled tightly. There should be no visible gaps in wooden cabinets and ≤3mm in steel cabinets.

11.1.3. The opening (cutting) position of the cabinet body is accurate, the size conforms to the drawings or physical requirements, the cuts are neat, beautiful, and smooth, without large gaps, and do not hinder installation and use.

11.1.4. The door panels are even and straight, neatly aligned up and down, on the same horizontal line, and the horizontal step is ≤0.5mm; the vertical line is perpendicular to the horizontal line, and the vertical step is ≤0.5mm; the spacing between wooden cabinet doors is ≤3mm, and the spacing between steel cabinet doors is ≤5mm. ; The door panel opens freely, smoothly and without looseness; the signs, anti-collision rubber particles and anti-counterfeiting signs are complete and beautiful.

11.1.5. The cabinet feet should be in contact with the ground. There should be no less than 4 cabinet feet per meter and the force should be balanced and not damaged. The foot plates should be firmly fixed and there should be no openings when splicing.

11.1.6. Drawers, sliding doors, etc. can be pushed and pulled smoothly without any noise. 11.2 Wall cabinet (shelf board) installation

11.2.1 The installation height of the wall cabinet (shelf board) shall comply with the drawing requirements. The top and bottom of the wall cabinet shall be parallel to the horizontal line, with a horizontal step ≤ 0.5 mm. The sides of the cabinet shall be perpendicular to the horizontal, with a vertical step ≤ 0.5 mm.

11.2.2 The wall cabinets (shelf boards) are installed firmly without looseness, and the forces are balanced. The cabinet body (shelf boards) is assembled tightly. There are no visible gaps in the wooden cabinets and the gaps in the steel cabinets are ≤3mm.

11.2.3 The requirements for opening (cutting) of the wall cabinet body shall apply to 2.1.3.

11.2.4 The installation requirements for wall cabinet door panels shall apply to 2.1.4.

11.2.5 The installation positions of lines (sealing plates), supporting plates (skirts), roofs, and range hood sealing plates comply with the drawing requirements and actual requirements, and are consistent with the trend of the cabinet; the installation is tight, firm, natural, and free of misalignment. 11.3 Countertop installation

11.3.1 The installation line of the countertop shall be parallel to the horizontal line, the horizontal step shall be ≤0.5mm, and the surface shall be flat, smooth and bright. There are no obvious joint marks on the artificial stone countertop, and there are no obvious fluctuations. After the joint polishing machine is installed and polished, it will be as bright as ever. The fireproof board (Nimeishi, Aijia board) countertop is assembled tightly, and the connection is firm and seamless; the countertop is placed stably, without warping (deformation), and the gap between it and the top of the base cabinet is ≤2mm.

11.3.2 The upper and lower level countertops are parallel to the horizontal line, and the upper and lower levels are closely connected and the transition is natural and smooth.

11.3.3 The gap between the countertop and the wall is small: the gap between the artificial stone countertop, marble countertop and the wall is ≤5mm; the gap between the fireproof board (Naimeishi, Aijia board) countertop and the wall is ≤2mm (the wall is straight). The glass glue applied on the countertop against the wall is even, moderate and beautiful.

11.3.4 The position of the table opening (cutting) is accurate, the size conforms to the drawings or physical requirements, the cuts are neat, beautiful, and smooth, without large gaps, and do not hinder installation and use.

11.3.5 The nameplate (signboard) and anti-counterfeiting signs on the countertop should be pasted correctly, firmly and beautifully. 11.4 Installation of department stores and accessories

11.4.1 The basin is installed smoothly, the glass glue is evenly and moderately applied, and it is in close contact with the countertop without any gaps; the faucets, drains, and drainage pipes are installed tightly with raw material tape (PVC glue) and connected firmly. There was no leakage in the leakage test half an hour after installation, and no water accumulated in the basin.

11.4.2 The furnace is installed smoothly, the furnace contact position is waterproof, the insulation rubber pad is installed well, the accessories are complete, and there are no abnormalities during the trial.

11.4.3 The installation height of the range hood complies with the drawings or actual requirements, the installation is firm and not loose, and there are no abnormalities during the trial.

11.4.4 The installation position of accessories such as pulleys and trash cans is accurate and firm, not loose, and can be used freely and smoothly.

11.4.5 The installation position of decorative frames and panels shall comply with the drawings or actual usage requirements. 11.5 Overall effect

11.5.1 Hygienic and cleanliness is good, dust inside and outside the cabinet, door panels, countertops and supporting facilities should be removed, and remaining waste should be removed from the site.

11.5.2 The installation is neat, coordinated and beautiful, and there are no obvious quality defects in the visible parts.

11.6 Service: Try to meet the reasonable requirements of customers, explain unqualified requirements, speak appropriately, and do not quarrel with customers.
